Mt Cook Large Residential Renovation
In September 2023, Built Construction Group took on a project for the Katsoulis family. Tory St Seismic Heritage Project
In September 2023, Built Construction Group undertook a seismic upgrade to the heritage building at 13 Tory Street in Wellington’s inner city, with the project engineer being Foster + Melville Architects. Mamari Townhouse Development
In mid-2021, Kurt Gibbons recruited Built Construction Group to create a multi-unit housing development at 1 Mamari Street, Rongotai. The development involved constructing 14 modern townhouses in blocks of four, three, two and one – everything from the foundations and framing to the internal fit-out and finishing.
Mac’s Brewbar Seismic Upgrade

Bond Street Seismic Upgrade
In February 2018, Greg Mouroukis engaged Built Construction Group to undertake a seismic upgrade to strengthen the two-storey building at 14–20 Bond Street, Central Wellington. The building’s ground floor is occupied by numerous food and retail shops, while the second floor is home to the Fork & Brewer bar.
