Built Construction Group were engaged to complete the Heritage Strengthening works at 13 Tory Street. Due to the nature of the project there were a number of unforeseen complications, namely the inground and existing building conditions. However, Matt and his team skilfully navigated the complexities to ensure a successful outcome. 

Matt, Leonn and the Built Team were selected to build our “Florian” development, a large scale 64
Townhouse development on the Kapiti Coast.  Not only did they finish the job on-time and within
budget, the quality of the finishing for a large scale job has been commended by all of our
purchasers and wider development team.

Built Construction Group have been working alongside Thames Pacific for the past year completing the Florian townhouse development in Paraparaumu.

The development has a total of 64 townhouses, and Built Construction Group are undertaking this project in a main contractor role, completing this project over a 15 month period with the project split into two seperable portions.

Professional and reliable builder. Focused on a quality result and a pleasure to deal with. Our car deck wasn’t an easy job but Matt made sure that the build progressed as smoothly as possible, dealing with council and keeping us informed throughout the process, while keeping a close eye on quality and timelines.

Our project involved a lot of demolition and renovation, centred around the construction of a new (replacement) 17 step entryway from the street frontage up to the front door.
