Mamari Townhouses
In mid-2021, Kurt Gibbons recruited Built Construction Group to create a multi-unit housing development at 1 Mamari Street, Rongotai.
The development involved constructing 14 modern townhouses in blocks of four, three, two and one – everything from the foundations and framing to the internal fit-out and finishing.
At its peak, we had about 10 builders working on this project, and a range of subcontractors, including:
Covid-19 presented challenges, but we completed the full development in good time in early 2022, and we’re very proud of the finished result.
The completed development demonstrates the quality of our work, and it has established Built Construction Group as a solid choice for townhouse construction. We also continued to grow trust and solidify working relationships with Wellington subcontractors over the course of the project.
