Modernising Staff Facilities
NZ Bus engaged our team to undertake comprehensive upgrade works at both the Karori and Kilbirnie Bus Depots, with a focus on creating modern, functional, and comfortable facilities for drivers and operational staff.
The existing staff areas required significant refurbishment to improve day-to-day usability, staff wellbeing, and the overall presentation of the facilities. Works were carefully programmed to minimise disruption to depot operations while ensuring both sites remained fully functional throughout construction.
Driver Amenities & Welfare Improvements
A major component of the project involved the complete refurbishment of existing driver facilities. New amenities were designed to provide a more comfortable and welcoming environment for staff during breaks and shift changes.
