Vet Partners Clinic Renovation
In 2025, Vet Partners engaged Built Construction Group to deliver a full renovation and refurbishment of their two-storey veterinary clinic located at 578 Fergusson Drive, Upper Hutt. The clinic, a key hub for pet care in the region, needed to remain operational throughout construction — making careful planning and staged delivery essential.
Scope of Works
The project required the complete strip-out of the existing fit-out back to the base build, followed by the construction of a new, purpose-built veterinary hospital. To ensure the clinic could continue serving clients, the renovation was delivered in two stages, allowing day-to-day operations to continue safely and efficiently.
Key Challenges
A major focus of the project was maintaining essential services such as power and water throughout the build. This required close coordination with clinic staff to schedule temporary shutdowns and service relocations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and patient care.

Outcome
The project was successfully completed in December 2025. Vet Partners were extremely pleased with the final result, noting the high-quality finish and the smooth management of the staged build.
